Start Your Request

Log into your Mayvenn account and visit the 'Orders' section to select the items you wish to return or exchange within 30 days of delivery.

Print Your Label

Once your request is approved, we will provide a prepaid FedEx shipping label via email to ensure your return shipping is completely free.

Package Your Hair

Place your items securely in the original packaging if possible, attach the prepaid label to the outside of the box, and drop it off at any authorized FedEx location.

Receive Refund or Exchange

After our warehouse inspects your return, we will process your full refund to the original payment method or ship out your new exchange items within 3-5 business days.
